19th Canadian Conference on Global Health . October 21-23, 2012 . Delta City Centre Hotel - Ottawa, Canada

Global Health in the Shifting World Economy

  • Final Program

  • Presentations

The 2012 Canadian Conference on Global Health was a success with over 500 participants. Please view our blog for summaries of the sessions in the coming week. http://csih.wordpress.com/

The Canadian Conference on Global Health remains the only annual conference in Canada that focuses primarily on global health and health in development, and the only Canadian peer review forum for knowledge building and program development related to global health and development. It is the primary space for Canadians working in global health to connect annually with each other and our partners in developing countries.

Plenary sessions and topic-focused symposia will be followed by workshops, special sessions, and oral and poster sessions to help facilitate knowledge dissemination in areas of global shifts in the economy and global health equity in local, national, and global contexts.

This program has been accredited by the College of Family Physicians of Canada and the Ontario chapter for up to 18 Mainpro-M1 credits. This event is an Accredited Group Learning Activity (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and approved by Canadian Association of Emergency Physicians.
